How this archive works

This site is a searchable, accessible home for Member Matters. Visitors can find past issues by keyword, year, or month, then read a structured text version or download the original PDF.

1. 1. Members search

   The homepage search looks through titles and the full extracted text of every issue. Filters narrow by year and month. No login is required.

2. 2. Accessible reading

   Each issue has a text version with real headings and paragraphs so screen readers, keyboard users, and mobile visitors can use it. The original designed PDF remains available to download.

3. 3. Adding a new monthly issue

   Easiest path for Kelly: drop the new PDF into the shared Google Drive folder IntelliLeads – River Country Newsletters. Eve at IntelliLeads processes it (text extraction, search index, listing) so it appears here. You never need a CMS login.

   There is also a simple staff page at /admin for adding a title, date, excerpt, PDF link, and text body if needed.

4. 4. Connecting the Chamber website

   In ChamberMaster, change the existing “Monthly Newsletter” menu item so it points to https://membersmatter.intellileads.ai. That is the only change on the Chamber site.
